The project euPrevent “Senior Friendly Communities” was nominated for the Healthy Living Prize Europe initiated by “Tut gut” in Lower Austria. During the award ceremony, on the 14th of January 2018, the project received a certificate as one of the three nominated projects.
Dementia-friendly municipality Roermond (The Netherlands) won the Healthy Living Prize Europe. The municipality Roermond also participates in the euregional project ‘Senior Friendly Communities’.
With the Healthy Living Prize, the state of Lower Austria is shining a spotlight on the most creative ideas and the brains behind them, and the significant contributions they are making to promoting healthy living among the population at large.
